Our company currently offers two primary services: 1) Comprehensive Evaluation and 2) Demo Personal Care Robot. Due to the fact that we are a startup company, our services are currently only offered to customers in the New England, USA region.

COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION

Our Comprehensive Evaluation service begins with an email exchange with a prospective customer. During this free initial evaluation, we will send you a brief questionnaire form about your interest in personal care robots. Based on the questionnaire and our email conversation, if we determine that we may be able to help you, we will set-up an appointment to do an on-site evaluation at your residence. During this evaluation, representatives from our company will be able to see firsthand some of the areas in which a personal care robot may be able to help you with your daily activities. Based on this evaluation, we will be able to suggest one or more of a variety of PCRs, from one or more manufacturers, that may best fit your needs.

DEMO PERSONAL CARE ROBOT

Upon request, a second or third on-site appointment can be scheduled. During these follow-up appointments, you will have a chance to demo some of the currently available PCRs on the market. Our company's representatives will ensure that you are not injured while interacting with the PCR and that the PCR is also not damaged.

After these evaluations, we can offer a brief summary report of our recommendations. However, we will not pressure you to buy any particular PCR from any particular manufacturer - that choice remains yours.
